How to Measure Your Ring Size
Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
- Select a ring that fits the desired finger
- Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters
- Use the chart below to find your size
Method 2: Measure Your Finger
- Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger
- Mark where the paper/string overlaps
- Measure the length in millimeters
- Divide by 3.14 to get the diameter
- Use the chart below to find your size

Sizing Tips
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest
- Temperature matters - fingers are smaller in cold weather
- Wide bands fit tighter - consider sizing up for bands over 6mm
- Between sizes? Size up for comfort
- Dominant hand fingers are typically slightly larger
