Refund policy

Returns
Return any of your items wihin 30 days- no questions asked- for a full refund or credit- which-ever you prefer. This policy does not apply to items purchased for resale or items that have been obviously abused.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Please allow a few days for credit card processing and banks for the credit to show in your original account. Credits will be made to the original purchasing account.

Sorry we can not be resposonsible for theft at your mailbox or incorrect addresses submitted by you at the time you placed the order. Please be sure your mailbaox is secure. Refunds will not be made for lost or stolen shipments that have been marked "delivered" by USPS. If your shipment is marked "delivered" by USPS we assume no furher responsibility for the delivery to you. Please be sure the address you submit when you place your order is correct.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or specially discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
 If you need to exchange or replace an item , let us know by sending us an email at sales@simplenaturaldesign.com and send your item to: Celestial Company PO Box 8 Kemah Texas US 77565. Notify us in advance of sending any returns and wait for our confirmation. We will get right back to you.

Returns 
To return your product, please mail your product to: Celestial Company PO Box 8 Kemah Texas US 77565.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

We recommend using a track-able shipping service. We are not responsible for shipments you make to us that are lost or delayed by the shipping service you use to return your item(s). Please email us at sales@simplenaturaldesign.com with the tracking # and return ship date.
